When I think back to my time at Niyama, the memory that instantly comes to mind is my first night’s dinner at Tribal. The atmosphere was electric, the dishes were packed with bold, unforgettable flavours, and the service was nothing short of impeccable, a truly standout dining experience.
The size of the resort is another aspect that sets Niyama apart. It’s one of my top recommendations for clients who shy away from the idea of a compact, intimate island. Here, the twin islands of PLAY and CHILL offer ample space to explore, with bikes and golf buggies zipping along sandy paths, creating an invigorating sense of movement and freedom.
Another cherished highlight was the boat ride to SUBSIX, the resort’s iconic underwater restaurant, just as the sun was setting. The sky blazed with a striking magenta hue, and the honeymoon couple sharing the five-minute transfer with me looked utterly enchanted, grinning ear to ear as if nature had put on the show just for them. It was a moment of pure magic that perfectly captured the essence of Niyama.
Having heard rave reviews, I made it a point to tour the Explorers Kids Club and found the feedback was very well deserved. It’s easily the most impressive kids' club I’ve come across. The whimsical design is a feast for the imagination, the activity roster made even me, a grown woman, want to join in. The staff displayed a warmth and natural talent for working with children. It’s no exaggeration to say that it’s a paradise within a paradise for families looking to keep all the family entertained
