1.     Contact Us – Reach out HERE and let me know your preferred day and time for the appointment (Monday to Friday or weekends, morning, afternoon, or evening - I can be flexible to suit what works best for you).

Choose between a 30, 45-or more in-depth 60-minute consultation. I’ll then send you a few available slots that fit your schedule, along with your first invoice.

2.     Appointment Confirmation – Your appointment will be confirmed once I receive your payment. I’ll send a Microsoft Teams video invitation, making it easy for you to join. If you’re new to virtual meetings, don’t worry, I’ll guide you.

3.     Pre-Meeting Preparation – To ensure we maximise our time together; I’ll send you some questions to consider before the appointment. This will help me understand your interests, needs, and any specific details you already have in mind. For more complex trips and group bookings, I recommend the 60-minute session.

4.     Our Consultation – During our meeting, we can discuss your travel goals, preferences, budget, and any special requests. This is your opportunity to ask as many questions as you like. 

Please note: The time you book and pay for is the time allocated, so make sure you use it wisely!

5.     Your Second Invoice – After the appointment, I’ll send your second invoice, which must be paid before I deliver your customised itinerary.

6.     Your Custom Itinerary – Once your second payment is received, I’ll send your tailor-made itinerary within 48 business hours. This will include accommodation suggestions, activity recommendations, logistical tips, and insider insights, all customised to you.

2) There are so many elements to book, shouldn’t I just go through a major tour operator?
If you’re looking for full financial protection, a one-size-fits-all package, and someone to book everything for you, regardless of cost, then a big-name tour operator is the way to go. They’ll take care of every detail, but obviously they have more overheads than me, so you’ll pay a premium for it.
